Waist:
Day 1: 41"
Day 8: 36"
Now: 32 1/2" - 33"

Under bust:
Day 1: 38"
Day 8: 34 1/2"
Now: 33 1/2"

Thighs:
Were approx: 25" (as of christmas which was the last time i measured"
Now: 21-22"
YAY!!!!!!

The weight is coming off a little slower this week because I didn't fast but it is still coming off! I am trying not to give tooo much thought to the numbers, since I am doing Yoga which is strengthening, its hard to see a difference in numbers, but my measurements don't lie!

Yesterday:
Breakfast: Smoothie

Lunch: Sandwich

Dinner: Salad
A nice tip for you. If you like avocado, then cut it up in your salad, and smush it into the greens with your fingers to coat all the leaves. Its a good source of healthy fats, and it replaces dressing which contains MSG and high fructose corn syrup!
