How To Lose Belly Fat Fast And Furiously

Most people are quite extreme about losing belly fat. They will cut their calories down by a thousand a day, and yet they will not put in the effort to exercise. This is a strange paradox. If they would just get out and do some stomach exercises, they would have it made.

Exercises for your stomach are really crucial to melt the belly. They will not only decrease your belly fat, but they will also provide more support for your spine. Stomach exercises tend to reduce back problems, by creating a more upright posture.

Although there are people who are ready, willing and able to get out and exercise, most don't know where to start. They put themselves on a daily aerobic routine, walking, running or cycling and sure, this is beautiful to work up the metabolism, but for getting rid of belly fat one needs to be more balanced and ruthless in the approach. A combination of aerobic, cardiovascular and interval training, combined with a healthy effort in your diet, is what will bring the fastest results.

No you don't have to go to the gym, if you are not for that. And you don't need to have hours per day to spend exercising. And obviously there are many effective approaches. Two of the best approaches I have come across truly ensures maximum results in the least amount of time. One of them involves alternate training styles for 45 minutes, 3 days a week, and another involves exercising for 2-3 minutes, every hour for 8 hours of the day, and for 5 days of the week.

In other words:

  • You will exercise for 2-3 minutes each at 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm and 4pm. At 12pm you have lunch!

  • You will use alternate body weight exercises, allowing you to target the whole range of core muscles.

This is a great way to break out of a plateau and to stimulate new results in your body. But abdominal exercises by themselves won't make you lose belly fat. A healthy effort in your diet is essential.

  • Never skip breakfast! When you sleep, your metabolism slows down, and there is nothing like a healthy bowl of fibrous cereal and a fruit or two, to get your metabolism purring like a happy lion. Eating plenty of fibrous foods also helps aid digestion.

  • Eat at least four meals a day, and yes, snack in between - once again, keeping your metabolism active is one of the best things that you can concentrate on.

  • Drink plenty of fluids, especially water.

Although I love to go to the gym, I don't always have the time to. I usually have to do my stomach exercises, along with my cardiovascular workout, at home. At first it seemed a little difficult, but there are quite a few real effective programs available, that rely on simple body weight techniques, and the use of exercise balls. Although they are not necessary for stomach exercises, they are pretty affordable and are really effective. I highly recommend them from my own positive experience.

Weight Loss and Rocket Science

'Weight loss isn't rocket science. It's more complicated than that.'

Well, actually weight loss isn't complicated. Human behavior, however, may give rocket scientists a run for their money. Anytime a weight loss program, pill or device claims to be revolutionary we suggest steering clear. However, here is a revolutionary idea I think we could all live with. Most of us have worried for years about attaining our "ideal" body weight and shape. Height and weight tables are everywhere. Far from "ideal" these height and weight tables are often inaccurate and suggest that "one size fits all". A great deal of research now indicates that even modest amounts of weight loss (as little as 5% of body weight) results in a wealth of health benefits. Chronic diseases such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, type II diabetes, mood disorders and many other medical problems are improved if not reversed with even modest weight loss. In short, these research findings change everything with respect to weight loss and our 'ideal' body weight and shape.

So what is the best exercise to lose weight? What is the best diet to choose? In short, the one you enjoy because it is the one you will stick with. Walking more often and eating a balanced diet according to Canada's Food guide is a great place to start. By doing these two things, most can attain a healthier weight, increase energy levels, improve self-esteem and reduce the risk of health complications. So set your first goal to be a modest amount of weight loss and let this be your first step to a healthier lifestyle and improved quality of life.

No two people are alike when it comes to weight loss, therefore we need to become our own health experts. What causes one person to over eat may cause another to not eat at all. Take stress for example. Does pressure at work cause you to eat more or does it decrease your appetite? In order to find out, monitor your behavior, actions, moods and feelings frequently. If you find yourself overeating, write down the time, location, your mood, when you ate last, and who you are with. Keep this diary and be a detective to determine what triggers the over eating behavior. This will allow you to avoid, moderate or stop these behaviors all together. In general, people tend to over eat when they are "HALT". Add your own unique behaviors to the following list.

Hungry - Skip a meal? Skip breakfast? Beware of 'rebound eating' when you are really hungry.

Angry - Determine the emotions that cause you to over eat and find a substitute to your eating behavior.

Lonely - Do you eat when you are bored or home alone? Call a friend or write a letter.

Tired - Not getting enough sleep and trying to find energy with food? This may lead to craving junk food and drinking excess amounts of coffee.

Keep in mind that changing your habits takes practice. Do not expect to master these skills over night. Keeping a diary of your behaviors and a list of short term goals is a great way to make positive lifestyle change. Focus on the positive choices you've made as well the habits you would like to change. This will create confidence in your ability to make permanent lifestyle change. Remember, you've achieved a lot already, now let's add healthy habits to your list of accomplishments.

Weight Loss - Mental Preparation

There are so many information on how to lose weight easily and quickly. You have to be very careful which source information you should trust, because 80% of people don't want to help you at all. In this article I will go through the weight loss mental preparation which is required for every successful weight loss program.

If you are a person, who wants to lose weight you should first of all start from a goal. Every person who wants to achieve something should start from a specific goal, where he will describe what results he wants to achieve and how long will it take. In your case its weight loss and you should make yourself a goal, which would sound like "By the 23rd of June I will weigh seventy kilograms". Once you will set yourself a goal, you will lose the wanted amount of weight more easily, because you will how many kilograms you have to lose in a certain amount of time.

I personally think that this is the foundation of everything and once you have set yourself a goal you can move on. The second tip is to burn way more calories than you consume. If everyone could do this properly, everyone would have a perfect body, but the reality is that we can't burn more than we consume so successful weight loss experts try find their "perfect contrast" between how many calories they consume and how many calories they burn. Remember that effective weight loss workout starts from a goal and a plan.

In my opinion, person who has good mindset for weight loss, will lose weight quicker than a person who only goes to gym and does nothing more about his weight.

This is what I think about weight loss mental preparation. Readers don't have to agree with me, but I personally think this is the beginning of every successful weight loss program.

The Truth About Fat Loss Pills Revealed!

Fat loss pills are the rave in today's society, and unfortunately most people haven't learned yet that they are ruining their health by purchasing them.

For one, fat loss pills usually don't even help a person lose weight and if they do, they're ruining their health in the meantime.

Let me explain..

Drug companies don't care about you. I hate to be frank, but it's 100% true. They don't care if you get sick, they don't care if you develop side effects, and no, they don't care if you die.

All they care about is the money. Why do you think some companies get in trouble for having some ingredient in their product years after it was banned for either seriously injuring or killing people? Because they have a product that's making them money.

Therefore, they'll literally put anything into fat loss pills to help them make you lose weight. Even if it's extremely toxic to your body. In fact, some of them even lie about what they're putting in your fat loss pills so you'll buy the product!

Now maybe you don't care about your health and you're so set on losing weight that you don't care what you have to put into your body to do so.

If so, here's another reason why you shouldn't buy fat loss pills.

Ever notice that they usually say something like "eat all you want and still lose weight!". They do this so they can appeal to part of you that wants to lose weight but doesn't want to put any work in to do it.

Everybody has it, but in some people it's dominate over the part that does want to work to get results (it's called being lazy).

The problem with this however, is that you probably would eat whatever, and you might lose weight. If you do, you'll be scared to go off your fat loss pills because you'll assume you'd gain the weight back if you did.

Now your stuck in a trap buying a product that's slowly killing you, but you're afraid to get off it for fear of gaining the weight back.

That trap is exactly what these companies want you to fall into. This is how they make their millions of dollars each year.

My suggestion is this. Instead of spending $50+ on fat loss pills, spend under $40 on a book that will give you the knowledge you need to lose the weight you want in a 100% healthy way.

If you can't muster up the determination to stick to exactly what they say, just do it at your own level! I've learned weight loss techniques that I can use only once or twice a day and still lose weight. This is because I've spent hundreds of dollars on weight loss products and know the best from the worst.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from fat loss pills. They're making you sick, sometimes even fatter, and sucking you into a downward spiraling trap. Learn the knowledge you need to lose weight and you'll be lean and muscular for the rest of your life - without spending all your money!
